Business Hours

    On-Site Store: Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm (Central Time Zone).  Not always can we have someone here on Saturdays, to service the needs of our drive-in customers.  As a result, appointments are required on Saturdays for drive-in customers and order pickups.  Telephones usually are answered on Saturday mornings.

    Telephone Customer Service: Both our toll-free lines (800-237-3899) and toll line (608-884-9481)  are available Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm (Central Time Zone)


CATALOG PRICING

Quantity Discounts Listed in Catalog: When a lower price is listed for a specific quantity, the price break is for that minimum quantity.  Example: Pricing of a book is $3.00 ea ........6+ @ $2.60 ea.  Any quantity of 6 or more is $2.60 ea. until the next quantity price break is reached.  You can order 6, 8, or 15 if you wish for $2.60 ea.

There are several ways to place an order with us, including:

SHIPPING

ALL SHIPPED ORDERS UNDER $25.00 WILL BE CHARGED A $1.50 SERVICE FEE.

All Small Items Under 150 lbs per Package and not over 130" in the distance around plus the length will be shipped by UPS.  See our UPS Shipping Costs Tables from our product catalog for details.

Shipments of 200 - 350 lbs will be shipped by UPS Hundredweight Service.  Shipments over 300 lbs are probably more economical by commercial truck lines.

We can offer up to 85% savings on trucking charges, depending upon your area.  These discounts are a result of our volume of shipping.

BACK-ORDER POLICY:  Unless you request otherwise, we will ship your order promptly and back-order any items that are out of stock.  Back-ordering items can cost you extra shipping expense, but we feel that this service is important to avoid delaying the rest of the shipment.  So, when necessary we will back-order unless you have indicated in your order that you would like us to wait until the entire order can be shipped together.  We will try our best to keep every item in stock, but not always can it be done. 


PAYMENT OF ORDERS

Credits cards accepted include: Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

Other methods of payment accepted include: Money Order, Cashier Check, and Bank-to-bank Transfers.  Personal checks welcomed but accepted at our discretion. There is a $10.00 fee charged for any check returned to us because of non-sufficient funds.
